A huge shoutout to a community resident for highlighting our team's quick and effective response in a recent emergency situation amidst terrible weather conditions on Wednesday, 4/10, When a chair flew off their third deck, damaging a neighbor's gas meter and causing a potential hazard, our team sprang into action. With wind and lightning adding to the danger, our dedicated responders swiftly arrived on the scene, safely shutting off the gas valve and preventing a disaster.

Despite the challenging weather and the call for assistance, our team remained steadfast. They bravely handled a total of 14 calls for service that morning alone, ensuring the safety of our community.

We also want to commend our neighbors in the next community over for their vigilance and collaboration in keeping the community of Bacliff safe from all hazards during such dangerous weather.
