| San Leon Fire was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident involving a sedan and a contractor’s trailer.
Rescue 1 and Engine 1 responded to the scene, where they discovered a sedan traveling westbound had collided with a trailer. The trailer belonged to a contractor who was removing a tree along the roadside and was being loaded with cut wood and debris at the time of the incident.
The airbags in the sedan deployed, and the driver sustained only minor injuries. All other individuals involved were evaluated and found to be unharmed. No injuries were reported among the contractor’s crew or fire department personnel.
San Leon Volunteer Fire Department personnel secured the area and confirmed there were no further hazards. What could have resulted in a more serious situation ended with only minor injuries reported. |
