Some relax on non-FD days, some put in the extra work to catch up, some to improve their skills and be more effective and efficient. As volunteers, you don't just show up on your scheduled work days, it's 365 days a year, 24/7, you have to be ready. Why?? Our awesome community stands behind us and expects us to perform at a high standard. This is what many don't see: what we do day in and day out, not collecting a paycheck to show up, just having the heart to help a neighbor, our Community!!!
