| The San Leon Fire and Rescue Volunteer Fire Department began the first day of a two-day Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) provided by VFIS. This training aims to improve the safety and skill of members who operate emergency vehicles.
The course covers emergency driving laws, driver responsibilities, risk management, liability, decision-making, and the real-life situations firefighters may encounter while responding to emergencies.
