| When a department’s vision begins to take shape and word spreads quickly, the community notices positive changes. They observe the commitment to training, leadership, growth, and a clear sense of direction, prompting others to become involved.
San Leon Volunteer Fire Department is pleased to welcome two new members to its expanding team.
On the left is Austin Smith. With approximately 11 years of fire service experience, Austin is a commissioned firefighter, currently serving with the Bolivar ESD, and is an EMT. His extensive background, leadership skills, and knowledge will contribute greatly to strengthening the department.
On the right is Sean. Sean has around 10 years of EMS and medical experience, holds a Texas Advanced EMT certification, and currently works with League City EMS. He will play a key part in rebuilding and enhancing the department’s EMS program, joining several other seasoned medical professionals who have recently become members.
The San Leon Volunteer Fire Department continues to grow, building a more capable and experienced team dedicated to serving and protecting the San Leon community.
Both the department and the community look forward to the contributions Austin and Sean will make as they join San Leon VFD. The future of the department remains strong. |
